The process begins by selecting only the finest quality, OEM approved rotors. Each rotor is then studied and analyzed to insure that surface quality, vent design, and finished surfaces meet or exceed our strict standards. The specific pattern is then utilized with a computer design program specifically for the application. Next, the rotors are precisely machined using CNC machines to ensure that the highest consistent quality can be achieved.
