TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

The warranty must be filed within 30 days of purchase. Save your original receipt. If you have a warranty claim, call us for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without having the authorization number on the outside of the box. The original receipt of the purchase must be included with the return. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and that the product was installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles or vehicles used in racing.

SP Performance will not pay for any labor or consequential damages or materials, which may be necessary for replacement of its products. The warranty is limited to the exchange of the product only, and only after the manufacturer's inspection of the defect. No other warranty is hereby given or implied. SP Performance does not accept or assume any liability from damages resulting from errors, changes or improper installation of its products.

To File A Claim:

Please call for a return Authorization. Original receipt and warranty registration number will be required for the authorization.

Addition information if applicable: A detailed description of the problem, High quality digital photo, Runout specifications or Vehicle mileage.

If A Claim Is Filed:

The product has to be returned to SP Performance for inspection at the customer's expense (Shipping is not covered under the warranty). The product is inspected for claimed defect, and if the condition of product is deemed defective, a replacement of the product will be shipped at no charge less shipping. If condition of the product is determined to be acceptable, no replacement will be given. No packages will be accepted without the authorization number on the box.

SP PERFORMANCE ROTOR WARRANTY

SP Performance rotors are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship, and are guaranteed not to crack for the life of the rotor*.

* The life of the rotor is measured by the minimal thickness. Warranty does not apply to worn out rotors.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING

  1. Brake noise or squealing.
  2. Rotors worn to minimum thickness.
  3. Pulsation caused by other factors such as a faulty caliper, worn out hardware, or excessive brake pad material transfer.
  4. Damage caused by excessive overheating (Bluing) of the rotors
  5. Off road, commercial and racing applications.
  6. Improper installation, modification, or product abuse.
  7. Shipping Charges.

SP PERFORMANCE STREET PLUS BRAKE PADS

SP Performance will guaranty Street Plus Brake Pads, to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the life of the pad. This would include missing parts, broken or loose clips, etc. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, noise, or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, or improper installation or service. SP Performance does not make any other warranty claims, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will SP Performance be liable for incident or consequential damages of any kind, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict product liability. This includes without limitation, damage to property, or other losses that may be incurred. The warranty registration must be filed within 30 days of purchase. Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.

To make a return, please phone (we will not accept faxes or e-mails) with complete details and reason for the return. Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued along with a return address. Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to the address provided in original condition and in original packaging. Please verify the return address prior to shipping the product! Returns for replacement or exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee. Returns for refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or $15.00, whichever is greater.

Shipping charges are not covered under warranty and are the responsibility of the consumer unless authorized by SP Performance customer service. All returns / exchanges must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative, by phone only, within 14 days of delivery. No return without an RMA number and authorization by SP-Performance will be accepted. No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging and has been installed. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 20% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable. Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All special orders and non-stock item returns are not refundable. Parts must be in new, re-salable condition, and in their original packaging.
