🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Protect the Windshield

• Use the 16-inch x 16-inch microfiber towel and place it on the windshield beneath the driver-side blade.
• This cushions the glass if the raised arm accidentally falls.
• Change one blade at a time.

Step 2: Raise the Driver-Side Wiper Arm

• Use your 6-mil nitrile-gloved hands to lift the driver-side arm away from the windshield.
• Stop when the arm remains raised without being held.
• Do not force the arm beyond its natural stopping point.

Step 3: Rotate the Old Driver-Side Blade

• Guide the hook through the adapter on the new 18-inch blade, then pull until it clicks securely.
• Gently lower the arm onto the windshield with both hands.

Step 8: Check Both Blades

• Check that both blades face the same direction and that each locking tab is fully engaged.
