COMPANY INFORMATION SP Performance is a women‑owned automotive performance brand based in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. We manufacture performance drilled and slotted brake rotors and sell additional aftermarket automotive parts from trusted third‑party brands.
ELIGINBILITY You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
PRODUCT USE & INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER Automotive performance parts, including brake components, must be installed correctly. SP Performance strongly recommends installation by a qualified automotive professional.
Improper installation, misuse, racing, off‑road use, or failure to follow instructions may result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death. SP Performance is not responsible for damages arising from improper installation or use.
Some products may be intended for performance or off‑road use only unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Orders are not considered accepted until they have shipped.
5.SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. SP Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Installed, used, or modified brake components are typically not eligible for return. Please review the Return Policy carefully before purchasing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SP Performance disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
